Hi, I’m Ryan

I’m passionate about helping people to heal, reflect and mature allowing them to free up their ambition to develop deeper relationships, navigate challenges and build a meaningful life.

I help people know themselves more deeply and build healthy, robust relationships.

I encourage individuals to work on their rough edges while also being kind and curious with themselves. My goal is to help people heal from trauma and re-engage fully in their lives.

I believe that thoughtful, emotionally mature, engaged, and energetic individuals can make a significant impact on the world at the family, community, national and global level.

I believe everyone has a unique and fascinating story.
Many people simply don’t know their story well enough to tell it.

Here’s what you can expect:

HOW IT WORKS

  • The first step is easy. Just click the “let’s begin” button below and we’ll set up a 15 minute consultation call or initial session.

  • I offer a free 15 minute phone call to answer your questions and see if it makes sense to set up a session. Alternatively, some people prefer to skip this step and set up an initial session.

  • This is a chance for us to meet (in person or virtual) and see if we are a good fit. Often by the end of the first session I will have a sense if I can help you achieve what you’ve come to therapy to accomplish.

  • If we both decide we are a good fit I will recommend individual therapy, couples therapy,  group therapy or a combination. Then we will discuss how you would like to proceed.
